Recently Deleted by Device only?

Apparently, I recently deleted an item in 1Password on my old iPhone, which has since been wiped and sent to Apple to trade in. I don't see it in the 'recently deleted' are of any other devices. Are ...

I'm happy that you were able to find the item. You can restore it if you wish by tapping the menu button in the top right corner of the item and then tapping Restore.

I can’t tell when it was moved there?

Was there a reason why you wanted to see when it was moved there? I don't believe that there's a way to tell.
