[Resolved] Windows blocking index.node, can't run

I have Smart App Control enabled on Windows 11, which uses Windows Defender Application Control on the backend and implements a reputation based application control policy.

Lately it has been a bit overzealous blocking apps that it hadn't in the past, so they might have changed some stuff on the back end, but anyway it is blocking "index.node" which is preventing the 1Password desktop app from launching.

It shows this error:

With the main error being:
"Error: An Application Control policy has blocked this file."

In the event viewer log it shows this:
"Code Integrity determined that a process (\Device\HarddiskVolume7\Users[Name]\AppData\Local\1Password\app\8\1Password.exe) attempted to load \Device\HarddiskVolume7\Users[Name]\AppData\Local\1Password\app\8\resources\app.asar.unpacked\index.node that did not meet the Enterprise signing level requirements."

Since the update just came out, and 1Password is a very popular program, I expect the file will get a reputation quickly. But depending on the nature of index.node (it looks like it's an executable judging by the fact that the contents start with MZ), perhaps it would be possible to sign it going forward. Though I understand that might not be possible if it's a packaged third party tool and you don't want to sign files that don't fully originate from you. However I checked virustotal and it seems like the first time it was scanned was today, so it might be a custom compile, not sure, but I'm rambling.
