Restoring vault after a clean system install

I recently had to wipe my MacBook Pro, do a clean system install, and update from High Sierra up to Catalina 10.15.7. I've reinstalled and logged back into 1Password7 with my master password, but ...

I think I have it set up as a standalone vault? I have the 1Password app on my iPhone and I can see a Primary Vault with all my logins that is synced to iCloud. But I do not see that vault on my laptop.
