Thank you for the reply. Let's focus on the Mac for now and then we can also make sure that 1Password is setup properly on your other devices if you're running into issues there as well. As a first step, follow the steps in this guide to turn off the built-in password manager in all of your browsers on the Mac:

This will prevent conflicts with the Apple Passwords app. Next, make sure that 1Password for Safari is installed:

Once 1Password for Safari is installed, try to fill login credentials again using these steps: Get to know 1Password in your browser - Fill logins and other items
