Safar extension - "Connection Error"

Even when app is unlocked, I'm forced to enter password in extension. Often the extension hangs for 5-10 seconds.

Followed all the remediation enumerated (auto update etc) so far but issue persists. 

MacOS: Sequoia 15.3 / 1P: 8.10.62 / 1P Safari Extension: 8.10.62.27

    Hello vonline! 👋

    I'm sorry that there's a connection problem between 1Password for Safari and the desktop app on your Mac. I'd like you to try the following to see if that gets things going:

    1. Open and unlock the 1Password for Mac desktop app.
    2. Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
    3. Click Settings.
    4. Click Browser.
    5. Make sure that "Connect with 1Password in the browser" is on.


    Then in the browser:

    1. Open your browser.
    2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
    3.  Turn "Integrate this extension with the 1Password desktop app" off and then back on.


    Let me know if that doesn't fix things.
