Safari autofill still constantly requiring password 2-3 weeks after reinstalling

This has been an ongoing issue for months. I tried reinstalling from TestFlight and that worked well. For 2-3 weeks. Then I could only autofill from iCloud Keychain since 1PW kept requiring a password. So I deleted 1PW and now it’s back to working. Until it doesn’t.

Please fix this.

    And it just recurred again. I'm surprised this has not been fixed. Have filed multiple reports as have others, for months...
