Safari extension 1Password 8

Just updated our family’s devices (all iOS devices) to 1Password 8 and all of them work great except for one of them. It is the Safari extension. When you try to enable the extension from the browser it is greyed out and unselectable. I have verified and compared the settings to the other devices and they are identical.
