Safari extension opens to :"suggestions" and not "all items" even after set in the menu page

When I set "All Items" to be shown when I open the Safari Extension menu, under the "appearance" options, it revents to "suggestions" the next time I open the extension IF I HAD TO RE-ENTER MY PASSWO...
