safari macOS: how to focus autofill with keyboard

When a text entry field has focus and 1password shows an autofill suggestion, how can I use the keyboard to select an autofill suggestion?
Pressing tab seems to usually move focus to the next form field. Down key doesn't work.
I just switched from Chrome, on which I had no trouble. Thanks for any help!

1Password Version: 8.10.56
Extension Version: 8.10.56.28
OS Version: macOS 15.2
Browser: Safari

    Hello, d8kda. Thank you for writing in.

    Our development team is tracking an issue with 1Password for Safari where tabbing into the Inline menu is not working. I've added you as an affected user to our internal reporting.

    In the meantime, if the field is focused, you can navigate the list with the keyboard by pressing the down arrow key followed by the tab key, then using the arrow keys to navigate the list. I realize this may not be ideal, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
