Save item (but how?)

When I tried to save the credentials for my community account I got hit by a 1Password bug that I have never seen before:

I could only close the dialog; not save the item...

(fortunately I found the https://support.1password.com/recover-unsaved-password/ to find that password so I could save it manually)
