I can see the duplicate on 1password.com in the browser.
The login appeared in the desktop app after restarting the computer, and I see it twice there as well. The app itself tells me it's a duplicate.

Thank you for the reply. Are you able to reproduce the issue on another website? For example, if you save a login for our test website then do you see two Login items in 1Password:
