2 years agoI'm sorry that you're seeing an error message when you try to save a passkey. Make sure that the built-in passkey manager is completely turned off:
- Click on the Apple icon in the menu bar.
- Click System Settings.
- Click General, and then AutoFill & Passwords.
- Turn off "AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys".
Then in your browser, make sure that 1Password is the default password manager:
- Open your browser.
- Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
- Make sure that "Make 1Password the default password manager in this browser" is turned on.
Then try to save a passkey again. If you see the same error message then which browser are you using?
