Scan QR code returns "QR code detection failed" consistently

When trying to create a one-time password for Backblaze, the Backblaze website generates a QR code and displays it on the screen. 1Password seems to know that 2-factor authentication is available ...

Thank you very much for the tip about the browser extension! It never occurred to me that the setting 2FA function would be in the browser extension.
