Search recommendations cluttered with item notes
This seems to be new, as of today. When I type a term in the search field, if one of the recommended matches has a note, the recommendation is presented as the name of the item followed by the note. Also, there is no space between the item's name and the note. This makes it very hard to read the name of the item. I do keep random gibberish in my notes and I don't want them to get in the way of search result recommendations.
Is there a way to turn that off? It must be new because I found it so jarring; it's hard to believe I just hadn't noticed it before.

Thank you for your patience. Our developers have released a fix for an issue where the notes field was always shown when searching, even if it was unrelated to the search. If you haven't already, please update to version 8.10.36:

A new search feature was recently added to 1Password that previews an item's notes field in the search bar when a match for your search term is found.
Based on what you shared, you're running into two known issues our development team is investigating. I'm sorry for the interruption to your workflow caused by these issues. I've added you as an affected user to the internal reporting.
While I can't give an exact timeframe for a fix, I recommend keeping 1Password up to date so that you can receive the fix as soon as possible:
