Secret key
I created my account on my iphone but I cannot find my secret key after i created it and saved it. Is there a way to create a new one?

7 months agorichr are you currently signed into 1Password.com or the 1Password app on any devices? If so, you can still find your current secret key if you follow these steps.

I have been unable to sign in because when I try to log in it is asking for e-mail and secret key since I don't know what it is I can't sign in.

Is there any chance you printed out or saved your Emergency Kit? You would have downloaded it when you created your account on 1Password.com . If you don't remember saving your Emergency Kit, look in your Downloads folder for a PDF file named "1Password Emergency Kit".
If you’ve created a recovery code for your account, you can also use this to restore your account access. Look in your downloads folder for a TXT file named "1Password Recovery Code." You can find more information on recovery code: https://support.1password.com/recovery-codes/

I looked everywhere on myIphone and could not find the emergency kit, secret key or recovery codee and I don't remember printing it sorry.

If you don't have your Secret Key, Emergency Kit, or recovery code, and you're not logged into 1Password on any device or browser, I'm sorry to say the next option may be to start over with a new 1Password account. I understand this is not great news, and I'm very sorry for any trouble.
If you'd like to look at next steps, I would suggest getting in touch with our team via email. They'll be able to help ensure any billing is appropriately cancelled and restarted on a new account, which we can't dive into here on the Community.
