Secure Notes missing line breaks when markdown is turned off in 1Password for Mac

Hello 1Password team,
The Notes display bug in 8.10.50 (and still in 8.10.52-14.BETA) reported here and here is seriously impeding my work.
Turning on Markdown as a workaround is unacceptable because it misdisplays the contents of the entry when I happen to use characters that could be used for Markdown formatting, but which I don't intend for that.
Could you please provide a download link for 8.10.48 until this problem gets resolved?
Thank you,
Ivan.

Yesterday's update killed all of the formatting in my 1Password Secure Notes on Windows. Super frustrating. Necessary information is almost impossible to find or parse in a huge string of unformatted text. Please revert back to being functional.

I have this issue as well, and I also have markdown disabled. It also affects the notes section of login items. For example if I have 2FA recovery codes each on a new line pasted into notes for a login entry it pushes them all together.

I'm sorry for the disruption that the issue is causing. Our developers are working on coding a fix which will hopefully be released to the beta (and then then the stable version) as soon as possible.
For the time being the two best workarounds are:
- Temporarily, turn on markdown formatting in the desktop app: 1Password > Settings > General > Turn on "Format Secure Notes using Markdown".
- If you have items that don't play well with markdown then, for now, you can use the 1Password.com web app to view those items. The web app doesn't currently support markdown formatting and is not affected by the issue. You can access the web app by logging in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app).
I don't recommend using older versions of the desktop app.

1Password for Mac version 8.10.54 now includes a fix for an issue where plain text notes wouldn’t show line breaks. Please update to receive the fix:
There is still an outstanding issue where plain text notes can't be selected when markdown is turned off and our team is testing a fix for that issue in the nightly version of 1Password and plans to release it to the beta and stable version as soon as possible.
