Secure Notes should have a per-note markdown option

I am affected by the current markdown bug described here & it's annoying - looking forward to a fix soon: https://1password.community/discussion/148857/secure-notes-missing-line-breaks-and-feature...

I'll forward on that feedback to our Product team for their consideration and I'll link them to our conversation here.

I don't think a global pref is necessary, but if it existed, it would be "view all markdown as plain text"

That already exists in Settings > General > Format secure notes using Markdown. That's per-app, but global in the sense that it applies to all items, if that's what you mean.
