Security Review

I have the family plan with 1Password setup on my Mac and Windows laptops using two different accounts. On my windows laptop I am unable to change from Balanced to Convenient or Strict in Security Review, changes will not stick. The unlock options are also greyed out. on my Mac, everything works as expected. The main account is on the Mac, the windows laptop is using one of the extra accounts.

    Hello steveratkai​! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're unable to change your app unlock preset in 1Password on your Windows PC. Just to confirm, are you following these steps: 

    1. Open and unlock 1Password for Windows.
    2. Click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and click Settings.
    3. Click Security.
    4. Click Security review.
    5. Choose "Strict".
    6. Click Update settings.


    If those are the steps you're following then, can you tell me the following: 

    1. When does the app unlock preset reset? Immediately after you click "Update settings"? Or at a different time?
    2. What version of 1Password for Windows are you using: Find the version number
