Set the fingerprint option on Win 11 reboot?

I'm using an ASUS ROG X13 that does not have a Windows Hello compatible camera but uses a built-in fingerprint sensor. 1Password (v 8.9.0) will ask for the fingerprint when quitting and restarting 1...
