Setting up a passkey on Amazon

Hello, Newbie2018. Thank you for writing in. I'm sorry about the issue you encountered with 1Password.

As a first step, can you confirm if 1Password for Safari is running the latest version? -> https://support.1password.com/update-1password-browser/#safari

Then, let's try the following steps to save a passkey with 1Password:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon.com account.
  2. Click Accounts & Lists on the top right of the header.
  3. Click Login & security.
  4. Click Edit for the "Passkey" option.
  5. Click Add a passkey.

The 1Password Save passkey prompt should appear on the top right corner of the page to save it. Here's a screenshot for reference:
