Setting up extension on multiple browsers issue

I use 3-4 browsers on my Mac. Each one requires me to type in my Secret Key when initializing the extension. This is a pain. Is there a better way? 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension ...

I have now installed the 1Password app on my Mac. Doesn't offer a password fill on Safari. Is it correct that I have to install another 1Password app for the Safari extension? No simple plug-in extension for Safari like Chrome, Firefox etc?
