Setting up passkey results in disappearance of 1PW item in app

I had a login item in 1PW for Discord. I set up a passkey in 1PW and chose to update my Discord item in 1PW. The 1PW item then disappeared from the app and I finally found it by manually going throug...

Hello IzvorMusic! 👋

I'm sorry that you ran into trouble when saving a passkey for your Discord login. That definitely isn't the correct behaviour, when you save a passkey to an existing item in 1Password that item should remain active and not archived.

Can you tell me a little more about how you saved the passkey? Which browser did you use and on which device? What version of 1Password do you have installed? Are you able to reproduce the issue if you save a passkey again?

Is there a way to have the search function also search the archive?

You can search through the Archive in the desktop app by opening the Archive from the sidebar and then clicking the Find button:
