settings keep resetting on work computer

I'm sorry that your settings are being reset. Can you share what browser you're using on your Mac? Are the settings only being reset in the browser? Or in the desktop app as well? 

In general, settings won't be reset unless something is clearing 1Password's support files where those settings are stored. In certain browsers (like Safari) clearing your browser history will also clear the settings and preferences set for your extensions. In other browsers, you might want to look to see if you have an app cleaner or other software that is clearing extension support files.
