Hello RKCaplan! 👋

Thanks for the question! When 1Password in the browser is locked sensitive settings, and all access to items that you store in 1Password, are not available until you unlock 1Password. Certain settings, that don't relate to security or to any of your information stored in 1Password, are available as a convenience.
