Several thousand PWs duplicated after upgrade to 1PW 8

The upgrade to 1Password 8 (from 7) seemed to strong insist I move my data. I believe it moved my old unused local vault over to my cloud account and thereby duplicated around 3,000 pwds. What can I ...
