I love 1password for its friendly user interface. However I have one problem. I often store pin codes or a code of a lock. I do not want this field to be directly visible so I store it as a password ...

Not quite what you asked for, but you could always go through the weak passwords in watchtower and ignore all that are PINs (Watchtower -> Weak Passwords -> Click on the relevant one, then you should see the banner). This adds more friction for new accounts than a dedicated PIN field would and is a bit of manual work, but that way the watchtower metrics can be kept separate from those entries.
