Show app and websites icons bug and default behaviour.

Please note, date format bug is still also present, although in was claimed to be fixed in one of the recent changelogs.

1Password on macOS still always presents dates as month/day/year, although in macOS settings (and for all the apps accordingly) I have it set to day/month/year. This is not privacy related, but still just want to get you guys know that the issue is still there (wanted to comment https://1password.community/discussion/comment/649087#Comment_649087?utm_source=community-search&utm_medium=organic-search&utm_term=date+format+incorrect), but it was closed.
