Storing files in the vault....I can't figure it out😦

Still trying to organize my documents better. Not able to tag them (as suggested below). After choosing edit I find no prompt to "Add Tag"
Even if I figure out how to do that seems like all my files will still be in a long list as well making the tags not so beneficial. Just wish we had folder organization as I do with my Nord File Locker.

So...if adding tags can eliminate my list and tidy everything up plz let me know. Thx !

To create a tag, select an item and click Edit. Then click “Add tag”, enter the name of the tag in the tag field, and press Enter. To add multiple tags, enter each tag name in a new tag field. You can nest tags using a forward slash (/)."
