wmoore I apologize! I read that you had "Show autofill menu on field focus" off but I had missed that in my testing. With that off, the 1Password inline menu, which is what displays the suggestions, will not automatically appear. You would have to click on the 1Password icon in the login fields on your website to get to the suggestions.
Is there a reason why you have "Show autofill menu on field focus" off? Based on the desired behavior you described, it would be best to turn that on.
