Support requests unanswered
Hello,
Two of my support requests have been left unanswered for more 7 days. I have received confirmation emails with support ticket IDs, but haven't received any response since.
The tickets were created via email, sent from my 1Password account email (also same email that I have registered on this forum with). Can't share the ticket IDs due to privacy concerns.
Could you please take a look at the tickets?
