Thanks for reaching out! While the iPhone 16 doesn't include Touch ID, you do have the option to use Face ID instead: Use Face ID on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support (CA)

1Password for iOS supports Face ID unlock, you can read more here:

I use Face ID to unlock 1Password on my own iPhone and it works great! Let me know if you have any other questions. 🙂
