Changes made to data in your 1Password account should appear across your devices almost immediately assuming they're online. I'm sorry to hear this isn't what you're experiencing. Could you confirm if these updates are visible when you sign in to 1Password.com in your browser?
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there. 🙂
