synching up to mac and iphone when i have an old deleted 1password in memory

It sounds like you might need to reset the 1Password app on your Mac. After you've verified that all your current data is safely stored in your 1Password account, you can reset the 1Password app on your Mac by following these steps: How to reset the 1Password app on a specific device
