The 1password extension for Firefox on my Mac Book Pro shows but is greyed out.
I can see it but can't use it. I have shutdown Firefox and 1Password completely having disabled the extension first. Still no change
1Password Version: 8.10.3
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: 13.2.1
Browser:_ Firefox

You indicated our older classic extension (4.7.5.90) is in use but you also indicated you're using 1Password 8.10.3. I would recommend installing 1Password in the browser and then disabling or removing the classic extension. 1Password 8 would need to use 1Password in the browser.
