The app does not start up automatically and autofill again no longer works.
I had this problem a month or so ago, contacted support, then I figured out how to fix it, but I’ve forgotten the solution. A week later the whole problem has recurred.

You mentioned getting in touch with Support so I took a peak at tickets that were linked to your email address. I found that one of our Support folks was able to help you with the problem above.
