It looks like you are using the credit card item type. Have you thought about using another category? I use the Social Security option myself and membership also comes to mind.

You could possibly make this work if you create a new item and do not select the card type during creation. Typically, you'll not see the word Visa if it has not been selected at some point. At least in my testing. I don't have a AU Medicaid number to try. So I'll need to rely on your feedback to see if this works for you.
