TOTP code notifications not working

Build 80700090 never requests permission to send notifications, so no matter the state of the option, TOTP code copy notifications aren't sent. I tried toggling the option to no avail.

    Thanks for noticing this winterqt I've opened an internal bug report to track this and request permissions from notifications I am hit by the same bug!
