Touch ID Does Not Work

@ ag_ana.

I think they got it wrong , id touch is greyed out and unclickable , when this happens , I have to add a new fingerprint , to get to work again , and before everything was ok , it happens on both accounts on the Mac , its like some one or something is disabling this function , as everything else works using ID touch . It has happened 3 times this week with the Touch ID .

Thanks so much for writing in, and including this diagnostics report! I'm really sorry you're running into an issue with 1Password. Based on your diagnostics report, it appears that you may have run into an issue with Touch ID being available to unlock 1Password 7. We're working on tracking down the source of this issue.

In the meantime, some users have found that they can resolve this by removing their fingerprint and re-adding it - could you give that a shot and let me know if that resolves this issue for you?
