4 years agoWe've been looking into this issue and it seems that something is happening in Monterey specifically, which is separating the keychain from the secure enclave (since the way that 1Password uses the secure enclave -> keychain relationship is a bit different, other apps don't seem to be affected).
Would you be willing to give these steps a shot? By moving the Keychain out of its standard directory, the operating system is forced to create a new keychain and link it to the Enclave, which should be a more-permanent fix for this issue:
Create a full backup of your Mac. Do not skip this step.
Open the Terminal app from the Utilities folder of your Mac.
Copy and paste this command in Terminal and press Return:
mv ~/Library/Keychains ~/Desktop
After running the command, restart your Mac.
