Touch ID keeps getting turned off

ModeratorPlease use the following steps to create a diagnostic report. Especially, so if you've encountered this recently.
- Open 1Password.
- Press Command and comma (Control and comma on Windows). The 1Password Preferences/Settings will open.
- Select Advanced.
- Select Send Diagnostics.
- Select Reveal to locate the report in your Downloads folder.
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
