Touch Id not working with 1PWD on my new mac
I have a new mac and I am not able to setup the touch id as it's grayed out. I tried all the options available on the other discussions still no the same status.
FYI, the touch id works fine for my mac.
1Password Version: 8.10.30
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 14.4.1
Browser: Not Provided

Hi Sourabh17 - I'm sorry to hear about this. Did you set up your new Mac using Migration Assistant or from a Time Machine backup? If so, then this can likely be resolved by resetting 1Password for Mac, following the steps in the support guide linked below:
⚠️ Make sure that you have an up to date copy of your Emergency Kit or another device where you are signed into 1Password to hand before resetting 1Password, as you may need to enter all of your account credentials to re-add your account to the 1Password app. I'd also recommend making sure that you can sign into https://start.1password.com/signin and can find all the items you would expect there before proceeding.

I didn't use any of the above methods and still went ahead with the reset option and it worked. Thanks!
