Touch ID only shows on the 2nd click

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the 1Password Chrome browser extension and the Touch ID panel (Mac) not working on the first attempt? I always have to click off and close the first window that has the manual username and password fields, but then when I click the extension icon, it then shows the Touch ID window. 

While this isn't the end of the world, the amount of clicks being wasted every day is starting to mount up.

    Hello Gaz​! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're running into an issue where Touch ID isn't working immediately. As a first step, please do the following:

    1. Close all open web browsers.
    2. Right-click on the 1Password icon at the top of your Mac's screen and then click Quit. Wait until the icon disappears.
    3. Double-click on 1Password from your Mac's Applications folder.
    4. Open your web browser. 


    If that doesn't help then can you post a screenshot of what you see here:
