Touch ID Prompts Twice every time with Cmd+\ Hotkeys

1. Update to macOS 14.1.1. Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support (CA)
2. Restart your Mac.
3. Reproduce the issue again.
4. Generate a diagnostics report:
