Translation issue

Question

Hi
I found a couple of translation issues for Japanese. Please check the attached image.
Peoples "Name" translate to "氏名" which means "Full name". This is good translation, because nobody inputs their Nickname or just only first name.
However, when used for "Vault", "Template" and "Group", I think this would be just "名前"(Name).
Lastly, "State" translates to "州". This should be "ステータス"(Status)
