Trouble getting started with 1Password

Where is Preferences located in the individual accounts? 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Not Provided Browser: Not Provided

I've found the settings.

I've always seen Preferences in the application after logging in, not on the browser toolbar as a separate access.
