Trusted Platform Module not available

Just started with 1Password on Windows 11. "Use the Trusted Platform Module with Windows Hello" is disabled. How do I correct this and use this setting? 1Password Version: 8.9.10 E...

in powershell:

certutil -DeleteHelloContainer
logoff

then login (for me it required authentication through my Windows Authenticator app) and then setup your signin options again (fingerprint, etc...).
