3 years agoTrying to log in with a new account but all I see is a field to enter password.
We can't setup a new account or attempt to login with a new account. When the app opens it's just wants a password.
How do we get this working?

It sounds as if the 1Password app is locked, which would prohibit adding an account until the app is unlocked. To add an additional account, you'll want to unlock 1Password first. If you've forgotten the password, we can provide you with steps to reset the local database, which will allow you to add an account.
⚠️ Be warned this will irrevocably delete any previous data on this device. If you have a membership, I'd suggest double-checking to make sure all of your data is in your account. If you have a 3rd party sync configured, you'll want to take appropriate safeguards for your data.
I have also tweaked the name of your community account. This is a family-friendly support site where members can come to ask for support no matter their age. We appreciate your understanding of the change.
