Trying to log in with a new account but all I see is a field to enter password.

We can't setup a new account or attempt to login with a new account. When the app opens it's just wants a password. How do we get this working? 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension ...

I have the same problem. The 1Password 8 Windows app is locked. Please send me the instructions to reset the local database. There is nothing there to keep. Windows 10. 1Password 8 is pointed to the Our Family account for REDACTED. That account has been permanently deleted in 1Password. I am a family organizer in the new family account. Thank you very much.
