two factor login on Server with plesk is not working

instead of filling in all six digits of the OTP the extensions only fills in the last three digits

I hope this is a well known issue. But if you need, I can provide you with a test account on my server.

Regards, Dirk

I have the same problem since 1Password version 8.10.38. Every time only the last 3 digits of the verification code are filled in.

  • Hello drmcp and didjee! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't correctly filling the one-time password on your Plesk server. So that we can get this fixed, could you please send the page structure of the pagein question to our support team? Follow these steps:

    1. Open the website in question until you can see the one-time password field that you're referring to.
    2. Right-click on the page and click "1Password - Password Manager" > Help > Collect Page Structure.

Attach the resulting JSON file to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

1P_Dave, I am still experiencing this issue. Is there any update on this topic or is there a workaround?
