Unable to Add an Account
I'm new to 1Password. I have Windows 11. I'm trying to add an account through the Windows App on my desktop computer.
When I try to "Add an Account" to my account (as the Family Organizer) it indicates that I need to sign out of my account. Because I am unable to add the other member's account of the family to my account (through Manage Accounts > Add an Account), I'm having to log out of my account, then enter all the credentials (including secret key) on the other family member's account to be able to access (and then can't access my account). I'm told that this wouldn't be necessary after adding the account to my family organizer account whereby I can then switch to other family member's accounts once added to mine...but have been unsuccessful. See message below I receive when trying to add the other family member's account. Can someone assist me? Thank you!
P.S. I don't know if this matters or not, but the other family member account is set up as a separate user in Windows with a separate password. Also, we both have separate passwords for 1Password.

Thanks for reaching out! Only one family member can be added to the 1Password desktop app at a time in a specific Windows user profile. If multiple family members would like to use 1Password on the same Windows PC then each family member will need their own Windows user profile on the device:
